Hello from Italy.
We have just come back from Viet Nam after a long trip. We really enjoyed our holidays and love the way that our tour operator – Ms. Thuy Nhung @Eviva Tour Vietnam – organized my journey. We spent 6 days in the north (Ha Noi, Ha Long, Sapa), 5 days in central (Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang) and 4 days in Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta. One of my most unforgettable things in my trip is 3 days in Sapa. The weather was so great during our trip here, no rain and the temperature ranged from 15 to 18 degrees Celsius. Sapa is famous for its beautiful and romantic town with many natural attractions.
We took 9-hours night train departing from Ha Noi and arrived Lao Cai in the morning the day after. Then we were transferred by car to Sapa, and enjoyed natural landscapes with green and lush rice terrace. The first day began with a trekking route by a jeep. We went through the incredibly scenic village called Lao Chai. We met H’Mong minority people, discovered local people life and visited the wooden houses. Then we had another short trek from Lao Chai to the village of the Dzay minority called Ta Van.
Our second day was spent in Topas Ecolodge Resort. It is difficult to express how impressive and romantic resort was. Situated on a beautiful hilltop deep in the mountains of Hoang Lien National Park, it took 45 min to transfer from Sapa town. From the lodge, I really enjoyed breathtaking view across the scenic valleys below, which is village of the Tay and Red Dao minorities. A totally relax day in quiet and pure atmosphere which cannot be enjoyed anywhere in Viet Nam.
In the last day, we took a trek to visit two minority villages of the Black H’Mong people in Cat Cat and Sin Chai Villages, seeing waterfall and hydroelectric power station which was established by the French. Our journey in last afternoon took down the hill toward Lao Cai on a small road to Ta Phin village which is home of two largest ethnic groups in the area: H’mong and red Dao. It was very interesting to try to differentiate their unmixed cultural life based on their traditional ways of dressing and the handicrafts they produce. We ended the tour by a night train back to Hanoi.
Back from the Viet Nam tour, we introduced my friends some pictures we took in Sapa and other cities/provinces. They were surprised how beautiful these places are. We are planning a tour together to Viet Nam next year and we are happy when the tour operator EVIVA TOUR offers us a discount for existing customers. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
